Once again, we are proud to announce our Kings of the Month! CCB is lucky to be home to such a talented, dedicated team of beer professionals.

Pam Bongers, Forecasting Coordinator

Pam is one of our veterans, and we are blessed to have her. She has a motherly nature and makes us all feel like we are important and that she truly cares about each of us. Her happy spirit brings joy to the room.
Forecasting is difficult, and Pam is always fighting that battle. She was an asset behind the scenes with Ryder Cup. While she didn’t forecast the event as much as we were told what to bring in, she was a master in managing leftover product after the event.
Her attitude throughout the Ryder Cup and its aftermath has always been positive and steady, and she hasn’t let the frustrations get the best of her (which not easy to do!). Also, throughout all this planning and juggling, she stayed on top of her regular forecasting duties.
Kings Of OctoberWe introduced a weekly forecasting/pricing meeting that Pam has really embraced and become a leader in. She looks to make better every week. Pam comes prepared and follows up immediately with any issues. She works well with all departments to help streamline communication on product flow in and out of the building.
Pam is consistently one of the top forecasters in the state. Thanks for all you do, Pam. You rock!

Steve Gaul, Service Representative Assistant

Steve was one of the recipients in August and continues to knock it out of the park and has earned it yet again in October. Way to go, Steve!
Steve has been an asset ever since he stepped back into College City Beverage. He has personal standards that bleed quality of service. CCB and its account base have recognized Steve’s great execution on route and attention to detail.
Steve has earned the opportunity to represent CCB as well in this very labor intensive and rewarding account. He did an amazing job with the new Total Wine opening. He was very thorough, worked very hard, not even stopping for lunch…now that is dedication.
Steve was patient, didn’t rush people, and he triple-checked the store before he left, even though he knew his colleague had also gone over the store a few times before leaving. STeve didn’t want anything missed. He is a team plater, not only within the company, but also with his accounts.
He is a company guy; he doesn’t put up with people “throwing poop”. He turns negative comments into positive ones and is honest with people when he hears complaining. Steve, we are fortunate to have you back here with CCB!
