MATT ZELLMAN
Positive Energy –
Matt is willing to help all departments/accounts/drivers . He’s got an upbeat outlook and that is apparent when he helps train new staff to better the business. Matt never complains when things are added to his plate. He accepts it all with a positive attitude.
Driven to Serve – He will do whatever is needed to help out CCB. When a request or task is needed to help support any division or department Matt gets it done with the reply “no problem”!
Caring & Compassionate – Matt treats new hires as if they were co-workers for years vs. days. He truly cares about his accounts and is always looking out for them.
Passion to Grow – He is curious and eager to learn and move into the open route and has shown interest in moving up at CCB. With the amount of changes related to routes that occur day to day Matt adapts to any obstacle that happens and is willing to take on more for the best of the team.
Accountability to the Team – When Matt says he’s going to do something it gets done. He has taken over the lead role with Total Wines. Has been in communication with Darin about setting up new products and has done a great job communicating it to the other Total Wine reps.
Why??? – Matt has really has stepped up as a leader in the off premise and that is what KOM is. He’s is a silent assassin in the market “ninja like” related to placements/displays & relationships with accounts. He’s an all-day GWC (RIGHT SEAT GUY) for the business!
