Passion to Grow – He has gained many new rail spirits buying accounts in the last few weeks.
Accountability to the Team – Fry has, again and again, proven he is a 24/7 sales rep. He is a leader with communication to his retailers no matter what day or time.

Positive Energy – Tim never gets too high or too low. He always maintains a good attitude and has a light-hearted comment to keep things positive and moving forward. His sense of humor does not go unnoticed.
