Jeremy Stadler
Driven to Serve Jeremy is always quick to help out every where needed. He built a number of pallets in the past quarter to help the loaders. He was willing & flexible in adjusting his hours to help out the company.
Positive Energy He takes everything in stride, always with a smile. Jeremy truly cares about working with all members of the team. Jeremy looks at every task as a positive contribution to the company and ensures things are not forgotten about.
Caring & Compassionate Cares about his work, and his work with his co-workers Jeremy truly cares about working with all members of the team. He makes sure everyone can use the vacation days needed and adjusts accordingly.
Passion to Grow Jeremy quickly steps up to every challenge to learn every aspect of his job. He grabs ahold of new maintenance duties and wants to fix any equipment needing attention
Accountability to the Team He stays on task and communicates well. Jeremy is very punctual and reliable.
Why? He understands his job. A great asset. Jeremy is an asset to making sure things get done and he makes sure to follow up with any requests sent his way. He worked with Cory to make sure all the Christmas lights were ready for the season.
Avanell Young
Driven to Serve Avanell is very attentive to details and things that need to be done. She will do whatever is asked of her.
Positive Energy She always can be seen smiling or singing a tune while going about her day. Avanell greets you and is ready to strike up a conversation.
Caring & Compassionate The EXTRA things she does for people in need are awesome. Setting up back to school drives, food shelf drives, toy drives… Avanell helps to really make the building feel like a 2nd home.
Passion to Grow Avanell likes making things better, within the community and the feeling around the building.
Accountability to the Team We can always count on Avanell to clean up after all of us and keep the office areas in top condition (and festive). She always makes sure we have what is needed at our gatherings and before she takes any time off.
