Driven to Serve Thomas goes above and beyond for his accounts. Touches base with the managers on duty and lets them know what he accomplished.

Passion to Grow He just starting out in his role here at CCB and is doing very well. Thomas strives to get better each time he goes to an account.
Accountability to the Team During a recent storm, Thomas was unable to make it to all his accounts that day. He took it upon himself to call the accounts to let them know and followed up with management and sales. He then sent a plan to “make up” those stops over the next 2 days.
Why? He does a great job! Communicates well and goes above and beyond for his accounts.
