CCB recently sat down with Brandon Bramscher, a Partner at B-52’s Burgers & Brews. B-52’s has been around since 2010. It is located at: 5639 Bishop Ave, Inver Grove Heights, MN 55076. We are one of their distribution partners and wanted to learn a bit more about Brandon and B-52’s. The restaurant has a casual environment and a focus on food and family. They have also recently (as in the last week) opened a rooftop patio! Read on to learn more!
Brandon has been in the business since he was 15, has done every position, made the leap from bartender to management and then eventually decided to launch his own place: B-52’s was born. We sat down to ask Brandon a few questions both about the restaurant and about what it was like partnering with CCB.

What should people eat here? What is a local favorite?

Our Happy Hour is popular but what we are most known for are our burgers.
The Burger Challenge – the MOAB (Mother of All Burgers) is 5 pounds of meat. If you eat all the burger and the fries you get a t-shirt and your photo on the wall – check out their website for more information and definitely let us know if you attempt the challenge!

• Holds 100 people
• Full service bar and bathrooms up there
• 2 fire tables
• Fireplace wall
• Lounge area
• Serving a full menu
• There is an Elevator to get you there, too

Why did you invest in a rooftop patio?

“We liked that we were bringing a big city concept to Inver Grove. They’ve embraced us and we want to bring something fun back to the city that has been so good to us.” Brandon says.
We were able to add 30 staff members and also are excited about the potential to open on warmer winter days. We are planning some fun winter events and definitely will be open during the Vikings games – there may even be purple flames in the fireplaces up there during those.
We also would like to give a shout out to our construction partners on this project: Broadview Builders. They’ve done a great job (as you all will see) and we can’t thank them enough.

What is your favorite part of partnering with CCB?

• Service is fantastic! We have a strong relationship with their reps
• Their product lines work well with that we offer
• They are responsive and we feel they completely understand our issues and know the business well enough to make suggestions when needed
• From a Marketing perspective, they are our best partner on getting the name and brand out there
