Manager of the Year

Kevin Novak has taken his Delivery Manager role to an unexpected level.

His Caring and Compassionate attitude towards his team is proven by comments like “We have a voice and someone who supports us.” That’s great to hear from a position that tends to turnover more frequently than others.

He handles all issues, concerns, and questions promptly. He has a natural curiosity towards figuring things out and is very eager to take ideas to implementation. Since starting this role, he has quickly become a “Go-to guy” for many when it comes to Excel and figuring out the best way to view data.

Kevin’s Passion to Grow is demonstrated daily as he dives into Encompass and any other tool he can benefit from. He is quite the detective when investigating a situation and utilizes our systems to ensure his work leaves no stone unturned. He reports his findings promptly and confidently. 

His Accountability to the Team is felt by many as he is available during the week and on many weekends. Having a girlfriend on the retail side of our industry gives him someone to bounce ideas, concerns, and solutions off to ensure our work meets the needs. Kevin ensures the C&G team continues to advance and, of course, keeps those empty shelves full.
