Sales Top Gun 2024: Adam Gill
Passion, dedication, and an unrelenting drive to succeed—those are just a few words to describe Adam Gill. From the very start of 2024, Adam showed an unmatched commitment to mastering the fundamentals, ensuring accuracy in orders, effective communication with internal and external teams, and strict adherence to processes.
Adam also demonstrated an open-minded approach to the many changes in the Sales Department this year, including adjustments to VXP, new incentives, and a reroute back to territorial selling. Rather than resist change, he embraced it, worked closely with his manager, and strategized on how to make these shifts work for his market. His enthusiasm translated into early wins, expanding business in new segments within just a few weeks.
But what truly set Adam apart was his relentless ambition. At the beginning of the year, he set a goal to grow his market, and he delivered—quite literally—with an impressive display of Busch products, numerous AB visits, and remarkable growth despite a challenging year for beer sales. A year ago, Adam declared his intent to win Top Gun, asking, “What do I need to do to get it done?” The answer: focus on fundamentals, stay open to change, and dominate in the market. He did just that.

Delivery Top Gun 2024: Isaiah Johnson
In the world of delivery, three things make all the difference: reliability, efficiency, and a great attitude. Isaiah Johnson embodies all of these qualities and more. Known for his unwavering commitment to excellence, Isaiah approaches even the toughest accounts with a can-do attitude, ensuring each customer receives the full-service experience we strive for at CCB.
Isaiah is the definition of Driven to Serve, taking on some of the most challenging accounts with determination. He never backs down from a challenge and treats every account with the same high level of care and service. His Positive Energy is infectious—rarely seen without a smile, he lightens the mood and keeps spirits high, even on the toughest days.
But his impact goes beyond just attitude. Isaiah is always willing to lend a helping hand, earning the respect of both his co-workers and clients. He led the pack in our display contest, submitting more displays than anyone else, proving his dedication to increasing market presence and driving growth. His product rotation, display presentation, and truck organization are always impeccable. Beyond that, he communicates effectively across all levels of the organization, ensuring seamless operations and outstanding service.
For his hard work, dedication, and outstanding performance, we are thrilled to name Isaiah Johnson as our 2024 Delivery Top Gun!
