Driven to Serve

No matter what project you put in front of Bryan, he’ll take a stab at it (i.e., speed door repairs). He is always willing to help out anytime he is asked to do projects outside his regular “job description.”

Caring & Compassionate

Bryan is always concerned about his work being correct. He is quick to help fix problems, diagnose issues and keep things running, knowing how much a breakdown can strain our operation. Bryan is genuinely interested in what a person is saying when he is talking to them.

Passion to Grow

Without hesitation Bryan took on a big project with the speed door, which was outside his wheelhouse. Yet, he was eager and willing to learn how to solve this issue. Bryan is seemingly very eager to learn new things and is interested in growing as a person and as an employee of CCB.

Accountability to the Team

Bryan saved CCB a lot of money on the CEW speed door. He comes back to CCB many times from home to take care of the CCB family. Bryan has great communication with trucks needing service and making sure they are available when needed. He always follows up on his tasks.
