When parts issues kept popping up with a vendor, Jasper set up a meeting with our salesman and their regional manager, arriving with examples, dates, and mileage all documented, and got every part covered under warranty.

He also fixed a years-long cooling tower leak by resealing every seam. When a forklift broke down mid-project, Jasper dropped what he was doing during this project, drove to the cities for parts, and even skipped lunch to get it back in service.

On top of it all, he’s kept the fleet looking sharp — grinding, sanding, prepping, and repainting rusty bumpers and frames to keep our trucks looking their best.
