Meet Jenny Norstad. Jenny is the Staff Accountant at CCB and has been with us for 4 years. Now, you may ask “What does a staff accountant do?” We are here to tell ya.

Jenny analyzes two different accounting systems to make sure that the numbers coming in from the sales reps and the routing software makes it to the proper financial statements. She codes invoices. She pays bills. She takes care of a lot of miscellaneous tasks for her department.
Some people may cringe at an accounting misalignment but she loves the challenge and problem solving that comes along with managing multiple systems. She says, “it feels good to finally tackle things that weren’t working and find a better solution.”
Jenny is a firm believer in that everything happens for a reason and has inspirational quotes hanging all over her office.

Jenny brings this inspiration to the Wellness Committee at CCB. The committee meets once a year to brainstorm on how to incorporate positivity and good health into the inner workings of the company. She’s been a positive force on that initiative.
Jenny has met a lot of people during her 4 years with us, one of them being her husband, Matt! Her and Matt are happily married and raising 2 daughters, Kailey (11) and Taylar (9). Her favorite things to do outside of work are to tackle house projects and crafty stuff.
Other fun facts about Jenny:

• Her favorite movies include the classics: Footloose, Dirty Dancing, The Money Pit, and Overboard
• Her favorite food is any breakfast item and Starburst candy
• She wants to travel to St. Lucia someday
• Shock Top is her favorite beer
