Meet the Team – Mandy Cutter

Tell us about your position and how long you’ve been with CCB:

Mandy will have worked here at CCB for two years the end of November. Her current role at CCB is On-premise Sales Rep.

A typical day looks like:

Most days for Mandy start at the warehouse. She gets a sign request entered and herself organized for the day sometimes the next two if she is going straight to route. Every day she sells in a different town so she drives to whatever town is on the schedule for selling that day and starts her route. She almost always sell it in the same order so it’s pretty routine stop at each account, count the beer, chat with the manager about upcoming beers and events, put together an order then move on to the next stop.

What do you find most rewarding?

“Most rewarding I think is when you gain tap lines not only because the beer is better but the account feels that you deserve it because you give better service.”

What do you find most challenging?

“When your hands are tied with certain accounts at no fault to you.”

What is your favorite product CCB distributes?

“It changes almost every week, right now I would say 10 barrel cucumber crush.”

What do you like to do in your free time?

“Play volleyball or going to the cabin.”

What is your favorite food?

“My favorite food is fajitas I could eat them every day!”
Driven to Serve Mandy is the top performer in the On-Premise segment. She is always near the top or on top of CCB incentives, recently winning a trip to Chicago her performance in the Freedom Reserve Incentive.
Positive Energy Mandy is always positive. She is always smiling and sharing her great attitude with everyone around her. Even when difficult situations or accounts challenge her, she finds the opportunity in it.
Caring and Compassionate Mandy genuinely cares about her accounts, CCB and the CCB family. Mandy does not want to let anyone down.
Passion to Grow Mandy has taken over Canterbury Downs and Valley Fair, “crushing it” at both venues. She has increased our presence at Valley Fair by 60%. She hates to lose (don’t challenge her in Bean Bags, she Will win).
Accountability to the Team Mandy is the “Go to Person” on Jason’s team. She is a great communicator and always available to help with an answer or help on a project. Accounts love her, Canterbury says she is the best Rep they’ve had… WOW, that is Awesome!
