Kyle has stepped into his new role, training and helping where needed, and has absolutely crushed it. He is constantly giving feedback on the new merchandisers and the needs of our accounts. He works great with sales, making sure everyone is working together the best they can. Since taking on an expanded role, Kyle has been willing to take on a route that would be less favorable to help the CCB Team. He is willing to come in on his days off to help with delivery and take a timeout while running his route to lend a hand in delivery to others. The management team greatly appreciates his great ideas and informational feedback.
