JON BURNS

Positive Energy – Jon is a ‘can do’ guy.  Regardless of how much is coming at him, he always responds with “we’ll get it done, we always do!” His quick wit and great attitude always puts a smile on your face.

Driven to Serve – He can get pulled in many directions in the afternoon and always strives to provide the best service to all customers, from inbound loads, delivery department needs, checking in trucks, night loaders needing product located/received, or sales reps needing a late ‘Hot Shot’. Jon is unselfish in the tasks he performs and in how he works.

Caring & Compassionate – Jon takes a genuine interest in the lives of his coworkers.  He cares about those around him and truly seems to think of those he works with as family.

Passion to Grow – He has taken his passion for photography and drones and applied them here at CCB by learning how to edit video and produce a night loader video, highlighting what that position is all about. Jon has a curious mind and is not afraid to ask for advice.

Accountability to the Team – Jon is always willing to accept responsibility for his actions and will own any mistake he may make. If you ask Jon to get something done, you can count on it being done.

Why??? – He takes on any project handed to him and often does so with a passion and willingness to help not only his own Department, but all other Departments that span throughout CCB.
