Driven to Serve – Andy is always increasing business for his accounts and CCB, doing it the right way. He not only is driven to serve for CCB he also is driven to serve for his accounts. Andy’s account’s come first to him. He makes sure everyone is up to date with everything happening. The relationships he has formed in a short time is unbelievable. Accounts trust him with every idea he brings to them.
Positive Energy – He has great energy and used his training at HOL (Heart of a Leader) to take it to the next level.
Caring & Compassionate – Andy definitely cares about his accounts along with CCB and does whatever he can to make them/us better.
Passion to Grow – His eagerness to learn was very apparent while at HOL training this summer. Andy is always coming up with ideas on how we can improve the off-premise. He is always looking for ways as a rep and does what he can to make his accounts grow. This goes a long way with accounts.
Accountability to the Team – Andy’s follow-through is always there and on time. When you ask Andy to do something he makes sure it gets done. Not only does it get done it gets done in a timely manner. We lean on him to take care of many of our close dated products and he gets them out to where it needs to go.
Why? – Andy truly serves a leader in the off-premise, many reps look up to what he’s doing. He also shares his ideas with others to help them grow as reps. This is the true meaning of being a leader!
