Positive Energy – Mario is always sharing his upbeat attitude that’s fun to be around.

Driven to Serve – He does a great job building relationships with accounts and sales reps. Mario is always willing to help out when an account has a special request, or when a little more than standard is needed.

Caring & Compassionate – Mario makes sure accounts are taken care of before he leaves, checking in with everyone to make sure they are happy with his delivery.

Passion to Grow – His performance with the Displays incentive is a great representation of his work in general.

Accountability to the Team – When he makes a mistake he is quick to own it, ” You only gotta tell me once.” Mario will stop back at an account if they are unsatisfied or need something moved/changed.

Why??? – Mario is a great new driver pushing us in the direction we want to go. He has been a great asset w/ Duggies… We’ve had a lot of beer going in there w/ the addition of Busch Lt draft.
