Matt is a go-getter. Matt puts in the extra, extra time and extra energy. Whether that’s with new products, new ideas, or account events – he steps in an gets the job done.
When it comes to new product placement, he’s one of the first to execute, and executes at every one of his accounts.
If there are opportunities within an account, he notices them and makes a plan to sell them in. A great example of this is when he put an extra focus on our non-alcoholic portfolio and added in several SKUs, including: water, energy drinks, Sparkling Ice, etc.
Matt also helped with multiple events over this quarter, like Lakeville’s Ultra Fun Run. He helped map out the route, spent time on the weekend making a start/finish arch. Matt had Ultra on special at all locations with big displays and was part of the day making sure it ran smooth. He also assisted with their Christmas event and other smaller events. These events went smoothly because of Matt’s excellent communication to all parties and his organization. His accounts look great, his dedication to them is second to none. Matt is certainly a quiet role model and leader for the rest of the sales team.
