With taking on his new route, Zach seems determined to prove that he is a top Driver. His communication skills have grown to a phenomenal level between both Sales and Delivery. He has listened and asked questions, and you can tell he takes pride in the work he does each day. If he has concerns or questions regarding the order, he is great at communicating with the Sales Rep or reviewing with the manager. He truly wants to make sure he is doing the job right. Zach has a great eye for displays and a positive attitude, and he takes suggestions with respect and follows through.
