Kadin has more than proven himself over the past year jumping into the Driver roll taking over for Nate while he is out. Learning along the way he is always ready and willing to take on any task sent his way.
While running Nate’s route he has created many great relationships with a lot of accounts, getting called in on a couple times with positive feedback.
Recently after completing his route for the day, Kadin jumped in his personal vehicle and drove out to Lonsdale to help his coworkers with a long day, staying until all product was taken care of. He did this on his own time and with no direction from anyone. He truly is asset to the Delivery Department and cares deeply for his coworker and the success of the team. Because of this he is also our Honorable Mention for King of 4th Quarter 2024!
