Since Bobby has taken over some Woodbury stops, accounts have really appreciated his level of service and commitment to delivering our CCB brands.
Recently, Bobby encountered a situation where an account didn’t have a cooler key, requiring him to return later in the day. He stepped up and made it happen.
He also went above and beyond to assist Jasper with a trailer repair. When nothing was initially found, Bobby followed up the next day and later discovered the leak while out on his route. He took detailed photos to help resolve the issue, ultimately determining that the extreme cold had caused the air leak—explaining why it wasn’t detected when the truck was in the shop.
Additionally, he noticed his liftgate was beginning to open while driving and reported it immediately. Bobby consistently respects and follows our established processes when unexpected challenges arise.
