Mike is kicking butt out in his market! People are noticing and applauding his extra efforts over the last couple of months – whether it’s his peers, his drivers, accounts, or the internal management team.
He shows up each day with a great attitude & sets a good example for our younger Reps. His communication with Delivery, Merchandisers and our Team is seen every day. Mike is always willing to help and provide advice.
It’s the type of execution that our veteran reps should have & it’s great to see him being aggressive in the market. His leadership has really come out this year sharing his wins with the team.
You can tell Mike truly cares about his accounts and wants to service them the best he possibly can. He is owning and taking space in his large grocery accounts, and it’s shown in his numbers (both volume and GP) over the last year. It’s been fun to see some of his larger Sparkling Ice or Poppi displays each month!
Mike is dedicated to his accounts, CCB and is a great role model in his job. We are grateful for you, Mike! Thanks for all you do.
