Why? Driven to Serve and Accountability to the Team
Ryan has really stepped up over the last couple of months and shown what he can get done in the market. CCB has had multiple AB visits recently, and they have been in Ryan’s territory. To say that the stores looked great is an understatement. Wall displays with the three main ready-to-drink displays in front, and priced better than the competition. When these visits happen, a good visit is one with no follow-ups, and both times, we got ‘the store looks great’ – that’s a win!
Ryan put in a lot of extra time and energy to make sure that CCB looked the best that we could without a lot of lead time. Speaking of time, he puts in extra time to make sure accounts are happy, know what is happening with orders/displays, and that the displays look top-notch. His peers in Sales and Delivery can count on him if they need assistance or have a last-minute favor or request. If he wasn’t always wearing a windbreaker, some might call him the silent executor.
