Over the last month, and really over the last year, Mario has shown us that he is constantly trying to grow his accounts and our market share within them. The number of displays he’s put up is second to none. Mario works very well with his Salespeople, Merchandisers, and accounts to help drive sales in these accounts. Mario and Nate Thomas have worked very well together, communicating about display locations and what POCM to use on the displays. Mario is always looking for the next display spot and is a huge asset to the sales team. His accounts rave about him, and when something is needed, Mario provides a very high level of service. When asked to take on extra tasks, Mario steps up to the plate to help get things done. Mario really sets the bar as to how we’re looking to accomplish things.

Jeff is an individual who is always willing to help – no matter what is asked or when it is asked of him. If there is a process that we are struggling with, he’s one to brainstorm ideas and suggest our options. Jeff is great at communicating with everyone. He asks a lot of questions, whether it’s in Encompass or how different processes work and how they affect each department. He’s done a great job with recent updates on the vehicle graphics, cooler wraps, and table toppers. He monitors the POS and the tap handles, making sure they are all accurately tracked and get to the driver and sales teams. He thinks outside the box for ways to market CCB products in different ways. Jeff is constantly thinking of various ways to improve efficiency. Jeff continues to shine in his role. Jeff is a strong mark of consistency and shows passion to do the job right.
