Positive Energy – Tori (Pollyanna) displays enthusiasm, is kind to others, cheerful, optimistic, and enjoys the banter with her fellow sales reps.
Driven to Serve – She has committed to working closely with our team members, staff from all departments and buyers to ensure we meet or exceed their expectations with delivering a valuable product.
Caring & Compassionate – A reflection of personality is shown by Tori day-to-day by sharing encouraging words and taking the time to listen to others. This will translate into long-term relationships with our partners for the greater good of the business! She’s willing to help out and is always looking to do the right things.
Passion to Grow – Tori demonstrates a belief that you can grow in the ability to face and succeed at whatever challenges and opportunities are in front of you. If there is something Tori doesn’t know, she isn’t afraid to ask questions. She’s continually improving and is really getting it.
Accountability to the Team – She shows a sense of ownership over work-related tasks, objectives, targets and goals (personal pride) that reflects onto others! If Tori makes a mistake, she owns up to it and gets it fixed right away.
Why??? – She works to take us to the championship and puts the kibosh on the competition! She has quickly become a reliable Sales Rep., is detail-oriented and makes sure the job is completed.
