Why? Driven to serve and positive energy
Thomas has recently expressed his interest in the on/off premise area of our company. After expressing this desire, he has been given an opportunity to spread his wings in this area. To prepare for this move, part of the training process is to go out in the market with our Delivery Team to learn more about this area of the business. Through this process, Thomas has subjected himself fully to how Delivery does things. He has shown zero fear in any situation presented to him. Thomas is eager to learn and not afraid to ask questions. He comes in every day with a great attitude and is ready to get his hands dirty. Thomas has been successful in every area he has worked within our company, there is no doubt with the determination he has shown, he will find success in this area as well. He is fully committed to serving our company to the best of his abilities and does so every day with a positive attitude that is fully engrained within him. We look forward to his continued growth in the CCB family.
