Chase has great communication with both his sales reps and his accounts. Mat Guille has mentioned several times what a great job he is doing in his On Premise stops. While covering for or riding with Guille, Ben has had multiple accounts make it a point to tell him that they appreciate the level of service that Chase provides on a weekly basis. One account joked that they are always “bummed when he’s on vacation.” Chase is a top performer and has his route buttoned up! He is doing an excellent job representing CCB’s core values in the market.

Matt handles the highest volume route and displays a service to those big accounts like no other. Matt does a great job communicating with Robyn on pricing. He manages his orders with the best of them, as his return rates are low, and manages his promotional pricing accurately, leaving very minimal invoice fixes for Judy. He owns Total Wines and is a huge help to the other sales reps who have them. He sets up all the products, special promos, end caps, and BMC. In December, he had a Christmas event at Lakeville 7 that included sampling from 13 of our breweries and Christmas carolers. It was a big hit. In December, Matt won the best RTD display, earning him a trip to Tampa Bay. He also wrapped up Q4 in the wine and spirits incentive up 150%. Great finish to the year for Matt!
