Why? Accountability to the Team & Passion to Grow
Torey continues to grow as a rep. After coming back from the team build, Torey  got a jump start on the AB 6-pack targets. In the very first week of a focus on the Nütrl 4 packs, he got 80% of his stores to carry all 3 single flavors. Torey is a hungry rep who wants to win. He also did a sampling at Lakeville the Saturday of team build because we weren’t able to staff it. He’s very willing to learn and always asks questions and responds to feedback positively. Torey is consistently checking in with the warehouse, his drivers and his manager to make sure he is following the correct processes and navigating the role the right way. Torey is an all-around team player and CCB is lucky to have him.

Eric had done a great job communicating with his special events contacts. He has become the go-to guy and is more than willing to do what is needed. Eric took the initiative to help with the Special Event & Golf Trade Show this month. He didn’t wait to be asked; he came up with ideas and took over roles as needed to fill in the gaps. He is always very willing to help with shelf sets, convenience store resets and delivery when needed. Eric is a great communicator both with external and internal customers. He is not afraid to ask for help when and if he needs it. Eric is a proven leader and is bringing special events to the next level.
