Andy Schmitz

Driven to Serve He takes initiative and follows through with accounts. Andy is always trying to stay up to date on arrivals so that he is well informed for his retailer.

Positive Energy Any project that is brought to the teams’ attention, Andy takes it on and dominates it. He’s got great energy and a positive attitude.

Caring & Compassionate Andy cares about all retailers and has some of the best relationships with accounts. Andy is the first to bring up anything that might be off or wrong in the system. He certainly cares about perfection

Passion to Grow He is willing to try new things, for example, the ABIQ app. Andy is always looking for opportunities for CCB to grow in the market (Pan O Prog). He also is looking to grow as he will be attending Heart of the Leader at the end of this month.

Accountability to the Team Andy understands what needs to be done. He is willing to admit when it’s his fault. His follow-through is always there, whether it’s with retailers or internal customers. He finds solutions and likes to share so the whole team can benefit

Why? He is a Sales rep you can explain things once to and he runs with it. He is also a leader on the off-premise who brings many ideas to sales meetings. His relationships in the market are second to no one.

Des Monroe

Driven to Serve Recently, Des has stepped up his role here at College City by running more relief routes when Route Reps are taking time off. Essentially, Des is submitting himself into the pool of relief drivers to better serve the department/company, and to better himself in the process.

Positive Energy He’s always upbeat and happy. Des has a great attitude about his position in the company and looking to grow.

Caring & Compassionate Des cares about everyone here at CCB and goes out of his way to show it by asking people how they are and taking a genuine interest in their lives.

Passion to Grow He is looking to learn more routes and make himself more valuable as a team member. His willingness to now run routes proves his desire to grow here at CCB.

Accountability to the Team Owns it when he does make a mistake and does the right things to rectify the situation. In running routes as well as being a Route Rep Assistant, Des always takes accountability for his actions and is always willing to fix any mistakes as he may make them. He never thinks he is superior to his peers.

Why? He was “willing/comfortable” running some upcoming routes in relief replied, “Well, that’s why I got this thing (CDL)”. It is great to see a guy find comfort in his position within the company and know that you can rely upon him. He is often seen practicing his driving and never finds comfort in just knowing he has his CDL, he is fully aware that one must practice and perfect their craft.
