Please join us in congratulating Mandy Cutter, Jason Enfield, and Nick Borell in receiving KOM’s for March 2018!
Mandy is a very organized person with great communication skills all the way around, from account communication, to her delivery reps to her relief reps and to her management. She has a great attitude, wants to help, and wants to learn. Mandy likes to explore Encompass and share what she comes across, she is a great go-to person with Encompass. Mandy has our largest volume on-premise routes covering our core area. Needless to say, she is killing it. As Adam said, “She is blowing it away”. Just to note a few of her highlights, Valley Fair, we had 25% of the lines in previous years, this year she secured 65% over taking Corona Light’s spot with Big Wave. At Mystic Lake, she has meetings set up with each manager at all bar locations within Mystic, Jason Scherer hasn’t been able to set up meetings with some of them – whaaaat??? Way to go Mandy! She takes a grass roots approach. We are lucky to have her as she has great background in the on-premise world coming from her management at Cuzzy’s. Mandy is also one of our go to people for our new wine initiative, demonstrating a ton of knowledge to share and help us grow in this new path we are going down. Way to rock it Mandy, thanks for all you do!
Jason Enfield has done a great job transitioning into his role as a full-time sales rep. He has a great attitude, has embraced the change, and is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done and grow his accounts. He continues to be a great communicator. He continues to be a go-to person for Encompass as well, always talking with Amy and giving her great insight from the sales reps perspective. Jason really understands how our products move through the warehouse, he likes to help and figure out why the system says our inventory levels are one thing when in fact we have a different quantity on the floor. He likes to help find the hiccup when and if there is one. When dealing with relo, he understands how inventory needs to be allocated. Jason is solid – thanks Jason for all you do!
And last, but certainly not least, Nick Borell! Many of us do not get the opportunity to see all of his hard work, I am glad we get to hear about it though. Nick has carried the load of 2 people this last month tackling our monster account Total Wine. Nick has been versatile in meeting the varying demands of all 3 of our Total Wines. We are lucky to have Total Wine and are lucky to have a guy like Nick that understands the attention they need. He doesn’t complain about his work load and the demands of it. Nick is a great communicator, communicating any changes with Tom and Carp and his respective drivers. Nick exemplifies the attitude we appreciate here at CCB. He is a solid guy with a great attitude. He has been a great help with our delivery department and some of the handpicked accounts that needed extra help. Thanks for all you do Nick, we appreciate you stepping up and not missing a beat.
KOM’s thanks for all you do, once again, we have a top-notch crew! High 5’s and you rock!!!
