Jasper King

Nominated by: Jeff Carpenter, Jason Scherer
Why?
Driven to serve
In just a short time here, Jasper has asserted himself as a very dependable member of the CCB Family. When there are tasks to be done back in the shop, Jasper is quick to jump in and “get his hands dirty” (no pun intended). There have been several instances since he started where there have been issues with Delivery equipment and Jasper is able to fix just about anything whether he has experience with the device or not (I guess YouTube videos flow strong with this one…ha!). Just a few weeks ago, Jesse Wiggins was doing his morning DOT inspection and found he had a tire that looked a little sketchy. I informed him to get ahold of Jasper, and not only did Jasper answer his phone early in the morning, but he came in as soon as he got the call, in spite of the fact that he wasn’t required to come in for another hour. He did all this to try and keep our department safe on track for the day.

Kristi Pressnall

Nominated by: Tori Cinnamon
Why?
Positive Energy, Passion to Grow, Accountability to the Team
Kristi has had a great fall! She was one of the first to meet with some of our larger fall events: The MN Zoo’s Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular, Sever’s Fall Festival, and ValleyScare… And it certainly paid off! These events had a great season – largely because of her initial pitch and the service she provided to them. Kristi’s creativity never ceases to amaze me. She is always thinking outside of the box whether it’s a new specialty cocktail or a new style of beer to try into her accounts. She’s great about seeing opportunities and selling in our full CCB portfolio. In addition to keeping up with her ProSell duties, Kristi also accepted the big task of our special events position. She had a few questions, but she accepted it willingly and excitedly. Kristi’s organizational skills, knowledge and curiosity will be a great fit for the Special Events Coordinator position. Keep up the great work, Kristi!
