The Night Loaders: Kyle Pleschourt, Russell Horejsi, Miguel Lopez, Derrick Ellingson, Ethan Cap & Tyler McNamara

Driven to Serve The loaders worked in the dark for 5 hours Thursday September 20, 2018. They wanted to do their part in making sure everyone could come to work and have a normal day considering the damage through town. These guys are always putting in the hours to get the beer loaded for the whole team (sales and delivery), when they decided to work through a tornado and in the dark that shows how much they wanted to get the job done.
Positive Energy The crew shows up every day ready to work with a smile and still have it on in the morning after a long night.  The loaders are always positive and seem to really enjoy CCB.
Caring and Compassionate Through the tornado Thursday September 20, 2018. they wanted to do their part in making sure everyone could come to work and have a normal day considering the damage through town. They showed total commitment. They knew how much of a headache it would have been if the loads didn’t get done that night, that shows they truly care about their jobs and how much others rely on them in order to perform their jobs.
Passion to Grow Every one of them is always looking to increase their speed and be more efficient and accurate individuals at their job. They are tracking case counts and times and working to improve weekly.
Accountability to the Team The loaders are always trying to reduce mistakes, anytime they make one you can see them deflate a little, they always try to learn from it. It’s one of many jobs that must be done so the day crew can get going, 9 out 10 times they nail it. They take pride in their work and want to make it right for the rest of the process to go as smoothly as possible through the end result of delivery.
