Sarah Klug

Nominated by: Jason Scherer
Why?
Driven to serve
Although Sarah has only been with CCB for a short time, her impact has been significant. From day one, she has stepped up when we need volunteers for events, night calls, and samplings. Sarah also ran the F.O.H. bean bag tournament at the AV Legion and raised over $1,800 for Folds of Honor! With the donations from the Legion, gambling, auxiliary, and SAL, they raised over $4,500! So amazing! Sarah also shares on her social media that she is a veteran and works at CCB. Sarah is using her real-life experiences to promote CCB and our brands. Not to mention, Sarah already has her own route and is making a big impact already! Sarah is quickly becoming a leader on Team Jason.

Brian Seas

Nominated by: Jeff Carpenter, Steve Gaul, Kevin Novak
Why?
Driven to serve, Accountability to the Team, Caring and compassionate
Brian is the go-to helper and role model that all the drivers want with them. He is the type of person that you just expect to work hard without having a single complaint because that’s just what he does time and time again. He is very knowledgeable about the job and individual account specifics which makes him a cheat code for newer drivers and relief drivers. Brian is extremely polite and honest which is great for getting feedback about how things are going out on route and how to resolve potential issues. When needed in his normal position as a helper on the trucks, Brian is one of the most often requested guys to be called upon. Brian is called up to merch Total Wines every so often and he fills in perfectly with his attention to detail. When needed to help check in trucks in the afternoon, Brian steps in and takes on the task with professionalism. There have been times where he has been needed in the warehouse for various reasons and Brian has taken it upon himself to learn our different systems within the building. He is a very caring individual to his fellow Teammates and guys gravitate to and trust Brian with whatever may be going on in their lives. Brian is truly the guy that could win this award month in and month out.
