Alaskan Hop Turn IPA
Our Hop Turn IPA takes its inspiration from Europe — using Old World hops and malts for a radical take on the West Coast IPA. (see more)
Badger Hill White IPA
April
Our take on the White IPA is a hoppy Belgian Wit beer with Orange Zest and Coriander. Unfiltered, this beer pours pale white, with a solid head. Citrus notes abound with a clean bitterness and a citrus, slightly tart finish.
First introduced in the summer of 2013 as the inaugural beer in our limited release Wanderlust series, we liked it so much we decided to bring it back as a summer seasonal! (more)
Empyrean Super Nova Summer Fest
April
Easy drinking with hints of sweet corn, bread and caramel, this beer finishes with a blast of citrus hop and just enough crisp to balance the sweet. It’s a toast to rolling surf, Baja hoodies, beach BBQs and the elusive green flash. Pairs with summer’s grilled foods like BBQ chicken, beef or fish. Also great with cinnamon or caramel desserts. Goose Island Summtime Kolsch
May
Kolsch, the clean and refreshing beer style of Cologne, Germany, quenches summertime thirst. This pale golden ale with a lightly fruity aroma is cold-conditioned or lagered after its primary fermentation. More simply, our Summertime uses only the finest malts and German hops to create the perfect beer for hot Summer days and warm Summer nights. (more)

Odell St. Lupulin

A mystical legend echoes in our brew house—that of St. Lupulin (loop-you-lin), the archetypal hophead. He devoted endless summers to endless rows of hops, tending to the flowers and the beloved resin within—lupulin. Extraordinary oils in this yellow resin provide this dry-hopped extra pale ale with an undeniably pleasing floral aroma and clean, crisp finish. One sip of this seasonal summer ale and you too will believe. (more)

Oskar Blues Gubna
May
Each year GUBNA is reinvented with a new hop bill. Concurrent hop selection panels at both the Colorado and North Carolina breweries picked some of the season’s highest quality and most exciting hops to load up this formidable and complex Imperial IPA. Brewed with whole-leaf Galena hops, our brewers then add Columbus and Sorachi Ace to GUBNA 5.0, which spikes the beer with spicy, blackcurrant notes and subtle citrus overtones. GUBNA is dry-hopped with prodigious amounts of El Dorado, Comet, and Chinook hops, creating a dank, dense, pineapple & lemon zest nose and unique blend of grapefruit, apricot, and herbs, while finishing clean and bitter. The GUB sits on a base of Rye, North American Pale, and Munich malts, which offers a smooth and flavorful backbone to support the gargantuan load of hops. (more)
