Hoss is closing out his second season in Special Events and is finishing strong. With the addition of more tap trailers, there comes the addition of more issues and headaches. Hoss took them all head-on and handled everything smoothly. He relates well with his customers, and they all trust him. He takes great notes from event to event and is already thinking about how to improve next year. He gets the sign requests needed for all events entered in a timely manner to be ready to go when needed.

Special events are a huge grind in the summer, and what rarely gets noticed is the clean-up at the end of the season. We had more going on this summer than ever, with weekly trailer drops/pick-ups in every corner of our market! Pan-O-Prog, Defeat of Jesse James Days, the Clydesdales in town… This all takes a lot of extra time out of the ordinary Monday – Friday workdays. We gained many new events due to CCB & Hoss’ level of service. Hoss has really taken ownership of this position, and his accounts have made CCB the go-to partner. Hoss is very organized and works hard with his accounts to make sure the event is successful for both the retailer and CCB!
