Why? Accountability to the Team
Over the last month or longer, Carly has been working up to six days a week as a Total Wine merchandiser to cover our shortage in this position due to the difficulty in finding capable applicants. It’s hard to find many individuals willing to subject themselves to this sort of dedication to helping the Team and the Company as a whole. Her hard work as both merch and delivery helper does not go unseen. She calls daily after finishing her merch route to ask if anyone on route could use her help and is always willing to go out of the way to lend a hand.
We are very grateful to have her on our Team.

Jordyn will handle any task she is asked to do without delay. She has been a cornerstone in keeping the “Breakage Barge” as small as possible. The warehouse is very grateful to have her as part of the Team.
