Mike has a great relationship with his accounts and has received additional display space in many of his accounts because they know he will take care of it. He has Sparking Ice (Starburst) displays in every Walmart, Target and Cub Foods POG/Coolers. His week one execution and the look of a leader are seen in every one of his accounts. He puts in the extra time when needed to make sure every account is the way he wants it done. He has a quiet demeanor and is always determined to get the job done and done right.
