CINDY GUNHUS

Positive Energy – Cindy really puts a lot of energy into her job and every project she is working on. Although reserved, she is always ready to participate and engage in fun conversations and times with her CCB family members.

Driven to Serve – She is an unsung hero here at CCB. Most of what she does goes on behind the scenes, from helping Mike Liberty with SPP, to updating the CCB contacts, ordering office supplies, PPG clothing, verifying purchases, updating the TVs, along with many other things.

Caring & Compassionate – Cindy cares a lot about her fellow co-workers. She is the one who sends a card around for a fellow employee who lost a loved one.

Passion to Grow – She is always willing to take on a new process and take on more for the greater good of the team.

Accountability to the Team – Cindy is so good at letting everyone know in the office when she is going to be gone. She lets us know with plenty of notice and makes sure all of her tasks are covered. Her attention to detail is greatly appreciated.

Why??? – She’s reliable, dependable, detail oriented, and passionate. She is a pleasure to work with.

 

NATE THOMAS

Positive Energy – Nate has a very competitive attitude and he likes to win. This makes for some fun and exciting competitions with the sales team, giving each other a little bit of guff yet all in fun.

Driven to Serve – Since Nate has moved to the sales side he has been on top. Right now he is the leader for our displays incentive, second place for the fast start on Schell’s Oktoberfest incentive and is on track for the Summit incentive, not to mention hitting his PFP objectives each month.

Caring & Compassionate – Nate has quickly formed solid relationships with his accounts on his route. He really does what is best for them while keeping what is good for CCB top of mind.

Passion to Grow – He has quickly become a great rep. He has also become a leader in the off premise. Whether it’s incentives or PFP, he’s a person looking to help his peers.

Accountability to the Team – When the Managers meet with Nate and ask him to try to get something done, it’s done ASAP. He’s also been a huge help in training a couple of our new guys.

Why??? – Nate has been impressive on how fast he has caught on in the sales role. He has used the experiences from delivery to help elevate his salesmanship. All around killing it. He is very much a leader within the sale staff.
