Driven to Serve “Jonck” did a ton for CCB to launch BLS for both the Off and On premise teams. The sampling he did sold lots of liquid for CCB.

Positive Energy He is always in a good mood, wanting to chat and share a fun story.

Caring & Compassionate Jeff is always willing to help when needed, with Marvin being gone he has stepped up to take over the route until the reroute is up and running. He is always willing to actively listen and engage in conversations.

Passion to Grow He really took to sampling in the on-premise promos, wanting to understand how they work. Jonck ran with it and had fun.

Accountability to the Team Jonck is there to be a solid back up whenever needed and is very willing to be there for all teams.

Why? All around great guy and a team player!

Driven to Serve Jim is quick to resolve issues as they arise. He is driven to make sure all systems continue to run smoothly.

Positive Energy His personality brightens up everyone’s day. Jimmy fits in with every group and keeps every conversation entertaining.

Caring & Compassionate Jim truly cares about the success of CCB and the employees within. He is quick to respond to everyone’s needs and fixes. He listens to what is needed and wants to help on the spot.

Passion to Grow He is always doing a great job updating our systems. Jimmy has had to spread his wings a little and learn all the tricks associated with the new operating system. He is passionate about giving us all the tools needed to do a great job.

Accountability to the Team No one can argue Jim’s accountability. He did a great job assembling the equipment needed for the Christmas party. With his ingenuity, the slideshow was a success. He takes all the parts of his job seriously.
