Jon Burns

Driven to Serve Jon has quickly learned the aspects of the warehouse and keeps in mind how what he does affects the loaders. He is always willing to lend a hand with checking in trucks, which provides relief when in need. Jon is always been available when needed even if he is currently working on another task 

Positive Energy He is always keeping things positive as he works with his coworkers. Jon is always smiling and he keeps things in perspective with his peers when he observes negative comments or energy. 

Caring & Compassionate Jon truly cares about making sure everything is done and standards are met. Jon really cares about CCB, his job and for those around him.  Even if he seems to be putting on his “tough guy” facade, he truly is caring about everything/one around him. Jon cares about doing the process the right way and asks a ton of questions to make sure he does things correctly. 

Passion to Grow Jon is eager to master every task in the warehouse and is always willing to take on new projects and learn new processes. 

Accountability to the Team Jon is always on time and ready to do every job necessary to complete the day. Burnzy will always be the first one to admit when he is wrong and will immediately fix his mistakes.  He is accountable for all of his actions and for his entire work area. Jon makes sure to check in with everyone that needs to be involved with new products coming in. 

Why? Jon is a natural fit for the warehouse. We have seen in the first handful of months, Burnzy adapting quickly to his surroundings. Whether that be the warehouse or with his peers, Jon has made the transition flawlessly. He understands that we all have a job to do and sometimes stuff comes up that slows us down. Jon smiles through it and gets it done as soon as possible.
